I would like to lose some weight – about 40-50 pounds. I am very smart, knows that reducing calorie intake and increase activity levels, I have done, but hard to comply with the diet, when everyone in the family, not dieting wird.Alle tips and tricks, I do not know? Or should I only planned to Weight Watchers or others, and promised my family will be on a diet, it?

    I have been doing the South Beach Diet. Dont you ever try, but it is a “low” carbohydrate diet (not acutally for the low-carb).
