How soon can I begin a diet and exercise after I have my baby, since I plan to breastfeed for 6 months?

I want to start to lose weight (Safety) as soon as my daughter was born wurde.Ich do not know if my diet and exercise will be for me and my newborn negative impact, as I said, I consume more calories during lactation period, I feel like I did not.
